2. What data we collect and why

Booking data — via Calendly

When you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly LLC collects your name, email address, and calendar availability on our behalf. We use this data solely to schedule and conduct your introductory call.

Payment data — via Stripe

When you place an order, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive confirmation of payment and your email address. We never receive or store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe under their own PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.

Communication data

When you contact us by email or send content approvals via WhatsApp or another channel, we process the content of those communications to deliver and improve the service.

No tracking or analytics

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, cookies, or any other third-party tracking tools. Our fonts are self-hosted. No data is sent to third-party servers when you visit this website.

3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

• Article 6(1)(b) — contract performance: we process your data to deliver the service you ordered.
• Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests: we process communication data to operate and improve the service.

Eneik, LLC is based in the United States. If you are located in the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on our processors' own transfer mechanisms — Stripe and Calendly operate under applicable data transfer frameworks.
